Tomorrow will be the first day at home with your baby brother. I know it will be a lot to handle, and you won't understand most of it, but we will do our best to make the transition for you as smooth as possible.

Big sister

So today you will become a big sister! Not sure how you're going to
feel about that...but your baby brother is very lucky to have you. You
two are my life! I love you so much!

16 months...

Today my baby girl is 16 months old. I can't believe how grown up she
is. And I'm sure it's going to be even more so on Friday after her
baby brother arrives! Even though she's really been testing her
limits with us, she is an excellant child.
We are so very blessed to have such a healthy family. I pray we
continue to be blessed. I'm pretty confident, with my guardian angel
in heaven now, that the blessings to come will be overwhelming!

Grandmother

Early this morning, we lost your grandmother. While you have met her on a few occasions, you never really got to know her. We are very thankful that she got to know you, however. She would light up whenever you were around, and she loved you very much. We will make sure that you know her and love her through her stories and pictures. She loved you very much, and would have given anything to see you grow up into the wonderful and beautiful woman that we are sure you will be.

Marley has been such a wonderful daughter. She's been bounced around
and kept up late....but she's always happy! Her smile and laugh is
what gets me through each day. She is so amazing! (doesn't she look
