Marely worn out

Marely loved the lake. She tried to catch the waves and yelled at them when they got away from her! She loves sqiushing the sand. Marley played on the swings. She is worn out!

It's actually a bed bath and beyond ad but still cute. She's holding the paper and watching Good Morning America (the boys from Idol are on....guess they are fascinating)!

First prescription

The dr thinks Marley may have reflux so he changed her formula and put her on medicine. She hates both of them!!! We'll keep trying though.....hopefully it will help!

Exhausted...

3:00 AM

So, Marley has really mastered rolling over from her back to her tummy. One problem....she hasn't quite gotten the rolling back and she doesn't like being on her tummy very much. I just got back to bed after rolling her back over and it's 3 AM. You can bet that we'll be working really hard on rolling back tomorrow!

Marley just discovered her doggies. She pets (well, pulls their hair) them. She likes to watch them. Watch out puppies cuz soon she'll be mobile!

So, today was sweet potatoes. Sweet potatoes went over much better than carrots! Stay tuned..Wednesday is squash!

Our First Mother's Day

I feel like every day is Mothers day because it's every day that I am blessed to wake up to a beautiful smiling baby girl! It is truly an honor to be Marley's Mom. An honor I will always cherish. I can only hope that I will be able to raise her as well as the women in my life raised me! Thank you for giving me the ability to be a good Mommy!
One day when Marley grows up and reads this (hopefully she won't be like "uh, Mom your so silly") I want her to know how much she is loved and what a blessing she is to our entire family. I love you baby girl!

Carrots.....

So, Marley had her first solid food (besides cereal) last night. She had some carrots....she didn't like them at all! Whatever went in her mouth came right back out accompanied by a sour puss face! We will try carrots again for lunch today....maybe it's an acquired taste!

Kisses...

Marley will now give kisses....however, after you give her a kiss about 20 minutes later she'll smack her lips out of the blue! It's awful cute:)

Doctors visit today

Marley had another doctors visit today. 4 more shots, which she was taken well again. Here are her stats:

16 pounds (down to 75 to 90%)
head is 17 inches (down to 75 to 90%)
height is 26.5 inches (still off of the charts)

Marley and Gabby

Look how cute....Gabby loved Marley! She was so good with her. Marley just giggled and talked to Gabby....maybe they'll grow up to be great friends to each other like their mothers! Disclaimer: they are NOT allowed to party like their mothers though!!!

Rolling over

Reading with Devon

Devon is reading Go Dog Go to Marley in the picture. Marley was very interested when Devon read to her.

Marley spend the afternoon with Auntie Mammie, Uncle Steven and cousin Devon. Marley had a great time! She had a very loud conversation with Uncle Steven and played with Devon's baby toys. We had a great time with you Marley! We love you!!
